RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Own and define technical strategy for our Kotlin Multiplatform frontend foundation
  • Collaborate with our Web, iOS, and Android teams to improve our Kotlin Multiplatform integration points
  • Evolve our current architecture to allow us to deliver a highly performant trading experience for our users
  • Be an advocate for engineering best practices (both in and out of Kotlin)
  • Work together with multi-functional teams to develop the best overall product

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previously been in a technical leadership role driving work for large groups of engineers (10+)
  • Experience delivering complex frontend platform initiatives from start to finish, for example migrating to a new technology stack or architecture
  • A track record of mentoring junior and senior engineers
  • Deep Kotlin and Gradle knowledge (okay if you don’t have a ton of Kotlin Multiplatform experience!)

Salary range for this role is $230K to $305K USD (NY). Compensation subject to experience and location. Published salary bands pursuant to transparency laws, and do not include possible variable compensation such as annual merit increases, bonus eligibility, commission, or equity incentive.
