  • Serve customers by identifying their needs and engineering adaptations of Qredo products and services
  • Provide product and service technical and engineering information and gains customer acceptance by explaining or demonstrating cost reductions and operations improvements, as well as develop customer’s staff by providing technical information and training
  • Identify current and future customer service requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual customers and others in a position to understand service requirements
  • Prepare cost estimates and determine improvements by analyzing cost-benefit ratios
  • Prepare sales engineering reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales information and engineering and application trends
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies
  • Contribute to sales engineering effectiveness and coach team members by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed, recommending options and courses of action, and implementing directives


  • 10+ years of extensive experience in Sales Engineering with team management experience
  • Solid industry knowledge of DeFi and blockchain technology
  • Strong track record of sales, leading teams, and execution in fast paced environment
  • Highly motivated with a strong focus on solving problems, customer success and a clear commitment to generating topline growth
  • Leads by example, possess a sense of urgency, and will not hesitate to get into the details of the business
  • Strategic thinker and high-performance individual that can collaborate and lead cross-functional initiatives from ideation to execution
