What we're looking for

Sleek is seeking a talented and like-minded designer to build the future of Web3 networking with us. You'll work closely with the co-founders to drive features from 0 to 1. This is an incredible opportunity to innovate in a rapidly growing segment within the Web3 space.

Responsibilities

  • Design simple, fun and safe user experiences and interfaces that solves our users’ problems and align with company’s business goals
  • Lead new product discovery and user interview in order to innovate new features
  • Interact directly with end-users and our developers to collect feedback for product design iteration
  • Work closely with the founder to define the overall vision for the product experience
  • Deliver measurable user experience improvements in new and existing products

    • Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years UX/UI design experience, preferably in consumer tech
  • Have previous Web3 product design experience is a plus
  • Love tackling ambiguous problems and shaping them into clear goals
  • Passionate about building products with a fast-moving team
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Interested and actively learning blockchain technologies
