About The Role:

We are actively searching for a dynamic and seasoned Product Director to spearhead the enhancement and innovation of our decentralized asset management platform. The ideal candidate should possess a comprehensive background in DeFi, traditional finance, and engineering who is a visionary leader with the ability to translate market trends and user needs into efficient product strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Drive strategic product evolution by aligning with industry trends and spearheading enhancement initiatives
• Utilize DeFi, finance, and engineering expertise to facilitate seamless collaboration and integrate technological advancements
• Lead with a visionary mindset, inspiring innovation, and translating market insights into actionable growth strategies
• Prioritize user needs through a customer-centric approach and foster continuous improvement based on user feedback

Qualifications：

• 3+ years of proven experience in product management with a focus on DeFi or major exchanges’s core product departments.
• Strong technical background with experience in software development.
• Track record of successful product launches and the ability to drive product adoption and growth.
• Self-motivated, excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
